Forgot your trusty friend LBD and throw cation to the wind and embrace your new best friend, the little white dress.

For many years I had always sided with MTV reality star Lo Bosworth in believing that all white dresses looked tacky (Sorry Kristen). When someone would mention the W word I would instantly think of some over indulged fake tan flimsy with a strapless square cut dress that possible had multiply cut outs or a plunging V line that would end just above there belly button. Just the thought of even resembling this made me steer clear of any white clothing's at department stores. It wasn't until 2009 when I stumbled across one of the most unbelievable stunning dress I had ever set my eyes on. It was simple, sexy and yet edgy chic. Everything that defines my ultimate personal style. It was made from silk jersey, hugging the body in all the right places.  This master piece belonged to none other than the talented Alexander Wang. It was a tuning point for me. Not only did I start to neglect all other items in my wardrobe, but I had started a hunt. A hunt to find my next little white treasure, and I have never looked back! Many girlfriends if mine have shied away from the crisp colour for not being the slimmest shade in the book, but let me tell you when used appropriately to your body type, you will look a thousands time hotter then anyone draped in boring black! Don't forget it will make your skin glow, you'll feel like you belong in some resort in St. Barts every time you leave the front door!
